Watch Nest is a pre-owned luxury watch dealer based in London, United Kingdom. We buy and sell pre-owned watches from private individuals and collectors across the UK.

  • Watch details and photographs you submit for valuation
  • Payment information (processed securely — we do not store card details)
  • IP address and browser information when you visit our website
  • Communications between you and Watch Nest

Why We Collect It

We use your data to:

  • Provide watch valuations and purchase your watch
  • Process sales and arrange delivery
  • Respond to your enquiries
  • Send newsletters if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)

We never sell your personal data to third parties. We will never share your information with advertisers.

How Long We Keep It

We retain customer records for 6 years in line with HMRC requirements for financial records. Valuation enquiries that did not result in a transaction are deleted after 12 months.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (where no legal obligation requires us to keep it)
