Buying a Watch from Watch Nest — Delivery to You

We take great care in packaging and shipping every watch we sell. All watches are dispatched in secure, discreet packaging with no branding that indicates valuable contents.

UK Delivery

  • All watches are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent fully tracked and insured courier
  • Standard delivery: next working day after dispatch
  • All shipments are fully insured for the full value of the watch
  • Delivery is free on all orders over £500
  • Signature required on delivery — please ensure someone is available to sign

International Delivery

  • We ship worldwide via fully insured tracked courier
  • International delivery times vary by destination — typically 3–7 working days
  • Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility
  • Contact us before purchasing for an international shipping quote

Packaging

Every watch is carefully packaged in protective foam, placed in a secure outer box, and sealed. We never use packaging that indicates valuable or luxury contents on the outside.

Selling a Watch to Watch Nest — Sending Your Watch to Us

Free Insured Postal Kit

When you sell your watch to us by post, we send you a completely free postal kit containing:

  • Secure foam-lined packaging designed for watches
  • Pre-paid Royal Mail Special Delivery label
  • Instructions for packing your watch safely

Your watch is fully insured from the moment it is collected by Royal Mail up to a value of £50,000. For watches valued above £50,000 we arrange insured courier collection directly from your address at no cost to you.

How to Request Your Free Kit

Simply complete the postal valuation form on our Sell Your Watch page and we will dispatch your kit the next working day.

Once We Receive Your Watch

  • We inspect and authenticate your watch upon arrival
  • We confirm our offer within 1 hour of receipt
  • If you accept, payment is processed the same day
  • If you decline, your watch is returned to you free of charge via Royal Mail Special Delivery

Tracking

All shipments in both directions include full tracking. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your watch is dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that a watch is lost or damaged in transit, our insurance covers the full agreed value. Please contact us immediately at hello@watchnest.co.uk if you have any concerns about a shipment.
