Buying a Watch from Watch Nest
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All watches sold by Watch Nest are fully authenticated and accurately described. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer the following:
14-Day Returns — If you change your mind after purchasing a watch, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the watch is returned in the same condition as received, unworn, and with all original packaging and documentation included.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@watchnest.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your watch. We will provide return instructions. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the watch was incorrectly described or faulty.
12-Month Mechanical Warranty — Every watch we sell carries a 12-month mechanical warranty covering movement defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, water ingress beyond the watch's rated depth, or general wear and tear.
Selling a Watch to Watch Nest
Once you have accepted our offer and payment has been transferred, the sale is considered final. If you change your mind before payment is processed, simply let us know and we will return your watch at no cost to you.
Condition Disputes — Our offers are based on the information and photographs you provide. If the watch received differs significantly from its description, we reserve the right to revise our offer. You will always have the option to have your watch returned free of charge if you do not wish to accept a revised offer.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
