Watch Nest is a pre-owned luxury watch dealer based in London, United Kingdom. We buy and sell authenticated pre-owned watches from private individuals and collectors.

1. Our Services

Watch Nest provides the following services:

  • Purchase of pre-owned watches from private sellers
  • Sale of authenticated pre-owned watches
  • Free watch valuations (no obligation)
  • Consignment sales on behalf of sellers

2. Watch Valuations

All valuations provided by Watch Nest are free and carry no obligation. Initial valuations are based on information and photographs provided by the seller. Final offers are confirmed upon physical inspection of the watch.

We reserve the right to revise or withdraw an offer if the watch received differs materially from its description. In such cases, the watch will be returned to the seller at no cost.

3. Buying a Watch from Us

  • All watches sold by Watch Nest are described as accurately as possible
  • All watches carry a 12-month mechanical warranty from date of purchase
  • You have 14 days to return a watch if you change your mind, provided it is unworn and in original condition
  • Prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) inclusive of VAT where applicable

4. Selling a Watch to Us

  • Submitting a valuation request does not obligate you to sell
  • Once you accept our offer and payment is made, the sale is final
  • If you change your mind before payment is processed, contact us immediately and we will arrange return of your watch at no cost
  • We process payment by bank transfer within 24 hours of receiving and verifying your watch
  • Watches must be legally owned by the seller — we reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities

5. Postage and Insurance

  • We provide fully insured postal packaging for watches sent to us
  • Watches are insured up to £50,000 via our postal service
  • For watches valued above £50,000 we arrange insured courier collection
  • Once a watch has been received and verified by us, all risk passes to Watch Nest

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Watch Nest website including text, photographs, logos and design is owned by Watch Nest and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Watch Nest shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on our website with the date shown at the top.
